| Ideas and Goals of the Domain Here in The Domain, we take pride seriously. Our students are learning to understand the importance of positively supporting one another in order to succeed at learning how to play an instrument; be a trusting member of a wonderful organization; and demonstrating the positive values and morals learned within the walls of The Domain. The Domain is a positive place of learning. We want the students to be motivated and excited about music. We want the students to feel a sense of ownership and pride. It is important for the students to feel that The Domain belongs to them and they are responsible for its keep. We have a lot of fun in The Domain while trying to maintain a certain level of discipline and obedience. Although we need to sometimes review classroom procedures and the importance of being team members, the students have done an excellent job of demonstrating the values we cherish. |
